1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "90ji," "the Platform," "the Site" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://90ji.cam and all associated subdomains, services, and applications.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by 90ji.
• "Account" refers to the registered account a Player creates on 90ji to access real-money gaming services.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the real-money Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held in a Player's 90ji account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable cash.
• "GCash," "PayMaya," "BPI," "BDO," "Metrobank" refer to approved Philippine payment providers through which transactions on 90ji may be processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of 90ji is restricted by applicable law or 90ji policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 90ji website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 90ji, you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understood their content.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as a condition of your use of the 90ji platform.
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
4. You accept that these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 90ji regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior communications, representations, or understandings.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the 90ji platform immediately and to contact support to close your account if one has been registered.

3. Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an account on 90ji:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform.
• You are not accessing 90ji from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from or banned by 90ji or any affiliated platform for a breach of terms or prohibited conduct.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 90ji or any affiliated gaming company or software provider.
• You are of sound mental capacity and understand the nature and consequences of real-money gambling.

90ji reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address at any time. Providing false or misleading eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held, subject to applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 90ji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 90ji actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate accounts upon discovery, retaining the right to confiscate any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. 90ji shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by a Player.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90ji login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 90ji will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 90ji support immediately.

4.4 Verification

90ji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership, and other documentation before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified time frame may have withdrawal access suspended pending completion.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 90ji are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 90ji accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your 90ji account instantly for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfer timings depend on the payment provider.
• 90ji does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned, subject to any verification process required.
• 90ji reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear to originate from unauthorized or fraudulent payment instruments.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified name. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is approved.
• 90ji reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending fraud checks, verification reviews, or anti-money-laundering investigations without being liable for any loss arising from the delay.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount accordingly.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

90ji offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all 90ji bonuses unless an individual promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be available in all jurisdictions or to all account types.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any derived winnings are withdrawable. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits are published in each promotion's terms.
• A Player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Circumventing this restriction by creating multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• 90ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that where a bonus has already been credited to an account, any modification will not retroactively change the wagering terms applied to that credited bonus.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 90ji platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, Asia Gaming, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all eligible games within the game information section. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection that affects a wager or outcome, 90ji will investigate the incident and apply the policy of the relevant game provider. 90ji shall not be liable for losses arising from technical faults outside its reasonable control. If a game is found to have paid out erroneously due to a technical fault, 90ji reserves the right to void the affected wager and adjust the account balance accordingly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 90ji platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner not available to a standard human player.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or loophole to obtain an unfair advantage or unauthorized credits; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior directed at 90ji staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing 90ji from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 90ji platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, interface design, text, images, software, and code — is the property of 90ji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 90ji intellectual property.

You may not use 90ji's brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial or promotional material without prior written consent from 90ji.

11. Responsible Gaming

90ji provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the 90ji platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or gaming opportunities resulting from technical faults, server downtime, network interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by 90ji in good faith to comply with applicable law, including account suspension, transaction freezing, or fund withholding required by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit 90ji's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The 90ji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 90ji does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 90ji

90ji reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 90ji has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. During suspension, funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may close your 90ji account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of an account for a material breach of these Terms, 90ji reserves the right to confiscate all Funds and Bonus Funds in the account, void all open and pending bets, and retain evidence for disclosure to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

90ji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 90ji Privacy Policy as published at https://90ji.cam/privacy-policy.

90ji complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise any dispute or complaint with 90ji's customer support team directly. 90ji will endeavor to resolve Player complaints within a reasonable period and in good faith. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may seek recourse through applicable Philippine regulatory channels.

16. Amendments to These Terms

90ji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 90ji will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 90ji platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
